My name is Laura DeFazio and I am the owner/operator of The Water Lady, LLC.  As an adult around 2008 and after working various positions, I decided to further my education and went back to college to earn my bachelors in business.  However, it didn't open up job opportunities liked I had hoped and I decided to go into business for myself.  Back in 2016 I had my own housekeeping business where I became good friends with one of my customers who introduced me to an employer looking for a water operator.  That is how I got my start in the industry that I love and I have been doing it ever since! I spent around 7 years working as a water operator and sampling agent for a well treatment/service company, during which time I acquired my treatment and distribution license in NH.  I learned a lot there but eventually I decided that I could better serve consumers by separating operations and service/installation.  I believe this allows myself as well as other companies to focus on their strengths while building a trusting relationship with customers by prioritizing their needs.  That was over two years ago and I wouldn't change a thing.  Making sure consumers have clean, potable water without breaking the bank is my passion and I look forward to helping you!
