Operations
The following services are available as part of an operations package:
- legal listing as operator with DES
- weekly, monthly or quarterly system visits
- evaluate water quality regularly and as part of complaints and treatment plans required by DES
- tracking, pick-up, drop-off and physical sampling as required by DES
- preparation and submittal of any required quarterly reports
- receive/respond to all communications with DES
- coordinate and accompany DES for sanitary surveys
- preparation of any required public notices
- completion and submittal of waivers and assessments
- complete pump house inspections including treatment monitoring/adjustments/residuals, filling of chemical tanks, meter readings, pressure readings, diagnosis of mechanical issues, cartridge filter monitoring and change outs*****inspection report included with each monthly/quarterly visit
- basic preparation of pump house logs, O&M manuals and emergency plans
